It was quiet in the bedroom when Pip the pink axolotl wiggled off the shelf. "Squad meeting!" she whispered. Soon Bramble the bear, Coco the corgi, and Twinkle the tiny turtle tumbled down to join her on the big soft blanket.
"Let's build the fluffiest fort ever!" Pip cheered. They stacked pillows into wobbly walls and tucked a cozy blanket over the top for a roof. Bramble held up the corners with his round little paws while Coco pattered around finding stray socks to make a soft carpet.
Inside their glowy fort, they told silly stories and shared pretend hot cocoa. Twinkle told a tale about a marshmallow moon, and everyone giggled so hard the fort jiggled. When morning peeked in, the squad snuggled back onto their shelf, side by side, smiling.
Maybe your squad has secret midnight parties too. What would your plushies build? Grab your softest pals, dream up a cozy fort of your own, and let the good snuggles begin.
