It was a soft and sleepy evening when Pip the penguin peeked out from the couch cushions. "Let's build a fort!" she cheeped. Her friends wiggled with excitement, all rounded ears and squishy smiles.
Bella the bear stacked the pillows into tall, wobbly towers. Ollie the octopus draped a big cozy blanket over the top, using every one of his eight arms to keep it just right. Milo the mushroom giggled and rolled underneath to test if it was snuggly enough. It was. It really, really was.
Inside their blanket castle, the squad shared a flashlight and told happy little tales about clouds shaped like ice cream. When they got sleepy, they cuddled into one big fuzzy pile.
